At long last... the new design for Hung Dynasty TV is finally up.  It's still unfinished, but I am posting this at the urges of one hELLA HUNG.  Unfortunately, because it's being rushed up and time is being taken from the Master Blaster's studies, there might not be an update until mid December or so... finished or not.
